📦 Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we’re happy to ship internationally. If you're an overseas buyer, please contact us via email with your product requirements and delivery address for a custom quote.
🔍 How do I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post tracking page. All shipments require a signature upon delivery unless you provide "authority to leave without a signature" in the comment box during checkout, including a safe and dry drop-off location.
⏱ How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched as soon as we receive payment via PayPal. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, though deliveries to regional areas, Tasmania, and WA may take up to 10 days.
If an item is out of stock and we’re unable to meet the delivery timeframe, we’ll contact you directly.

🛒 Why are some items shown with an "Add to Cart" button but no price?
Sometimes products are in production or transit from the manufacturer. These items are not available for purchase until they arrive. If you’re interested in one of these products, please email us for an estimated availability date.
🔐 I forgot my password or I'm unsure if I have an account
No problem. Use the "Forgot my password" feature and enter your email address. If your email is registered, you’ll receive a reset email. If not, the system will prompt you to register.
Clicking the reset link will return you to our homepage, and a new password will be emailed to you. Use it to log in and change it to something memorable.
❌ I received my new password, but I still can't log in. What should I do?
You can reset your password every 6 hours. If you're still having issues, email us for assistance and we’ll help resolve the problem promptly.
